Townsend Analytics, a Chicago-based provider of execution management systems (EMS), has bolstered its European equities offerings with access to the Nyfix Euro Millennium dark pool that launched in March.
The link enables buy- and sell-side users of the RealTick EMS to route orders for U.K.-listed cash equities to Nyfix. Townsend customers will be able to use Nyfix's continuous, real-time matching algorithms to execute trades within the best bid-offer of the primary market as well as send pass-through orders.
